5 tips to START exercising

The hardest part of exercise is to START, so here you have 5 tips to do it:
1.- Think, Say and Do!
If you think you should start doing some exercise, don't think it twice, just say it at loud and share that thought with your friends and family. The moment is NOW so don't say you'll start on monday or next week, say you'll do it NOW and go put some sport clothes and take a walk around the block or walk your dog, but DO something.

2.- Get organized!
That small step you did before, will give you the motivation to make a schedule. So start adding some minutes of your day to do workouts. But stick to it, get involve on the schedule, start with 2 days a week.

3.- Start Small
Start with 30 minutes of exercise per day. Do simple workouts, less of you can actually do, so it will keep you motivated.
4.- Stretch!
Remember to ALWAYS do some stretch afterwards. It's really important, so your muscles don't get hurt.

5.- Set a goal
Think of what you want to achieve, do you want to lose fat? do you want to tone your legs? arms? belly? After you have realized what you want, focus on that, start eating properly and keep motivating yourself with videos and images.
Remember why you started.
