Today we bring you a Breakfast Idea, very easy to cook, fast and healthy.
Ingredients:

- A slice of Wholemeal Bread
- 1/2 cup of cherry tomatoes
- 1 tbs. of olive oil
- 1 egg
- cooking herbs
- a pinch of salt
First step:

We cut the inside of the slice of bread like shown on the pic.
Trying not to cut any exterior parts of the bread otherwise the egg will spread on the outside.
Second step:

On a pan preheated we pour the olive oil and wait 3 minutes then we fry the cherry tomatoes on halved with the cooking herbs.
Third step:

Then we place the slice of bread on the center of the pan and we break the egg so that it goes straight to the space we made on the bread. As you can see we cut a bit the exterior so the egg got away a little bit. It supposed that it should stay the whole egg on the center.
If you like the egg "cooked" then you can flip the bread carefully and fry it on the other side as well.
Don't forget to keep moving the tomatoes so it doesn't get burned.
When it's well cooked you spread a pinch of salt on top and....Voila! It's ready to serve.
