Snow on your eyes

What can be more ironic than wearing a winter color on summer? Well, something funny about fashion is that there are NO rules, however when it comes to make up there ARE some, but I found the perfect color of eyeliner for this season and it's WHITE. It goes with every skin tone and you can wear it in a lot of ways. My advice? Use it wisely.
